GYPC has built up a high-level R&D team which combines a group of doctors, Ｍasters and professionals in organic chemistry, polymer materials, oilfield chemistry and oilfield engineering fields.
The products development and technique service team are supported by the industrial technology advantages of Southwest Petroleum University, and lead by Academicaian Luo pingya and Dr. Guo Yongjun.

The R&D team of GYPC undertook a series of national key research programs through Southwest Petroleum University. By utilizing the university's research resources, its mass production are realized through the process of theory renovation, new technique implementation, new product development, trial production and test, industrial production, oilfield evaluation and final products standardization.
