XY-27 Zwitterion Polymer Viscosity Reducer for Drilling Fluid
XY-27 is a kind of drilling fluid additive that combines the properties of both effectively reducing the viscosity and strong inhibition. It solved the problem that when existing low molecular weight anionic polymer reducing the viscosity, it also weakens the inhibition of slurry system.

XY-27 offers the following advantages
● XY-27 has special molecular structure and performance characteristics. There are both organic cationic groups and anionic groups on the polymer chains. The organic cationic groups introduced can enhance the adsorption strength and adsorption speed on clay. It can neutralize the surface charge of clay and has strong inhibition. Besides, the presence of a number of anionic groups can largely improve the viscosity reducing results.
● It solved the problem that when existing low molecular weight anionic polymer reducing the viscosity, it also weakens the inhibition of slurry system. It can reduce the inner viscosity of slurry and the viscosity of the water eye, as well as effectively inhibit shale hydration and swelling.
● It is a kind of ideal viscosity reducer for inhibitive slurry and has strong compatibility with all types of slurry and treatment agents, which can be used for non-dispersed, decentralized system and brine slurry.
Usage
Add XY-27 to water in the reaction tank and stir well. Lead the dissolved solution into the drilling fluid circulation system or add XY-27 power to the drilling fluid circulation system directly.
Recommended usage: 0.1% - 1%
