FA367 Zwitterion Polymer Strong Coating Agent for Drilling Fluid
FA367 was developed on the further research on action mechanism between polymer and slurry,which has found out the conflict root between enhancing mud inhibitive ability and maintaining stable mud performance in existing polymer slurry. The development of FA367 was conducted for the first time at home and abroad.

FA367 offers the following advantages
● FA367 has special molecular structure. The organic cationic groups, anionic groups and non-ionic groups are dragged into the same molecular chain. For different drilling and formation conditions, FA367 molecular structure can be adjusted to achieve desired slurry properties.
● Due to its special structure, FA367 has significantly different mechanism and superior performance from anionic polymer. It can effectively inhibit shale hydration swelling, control the formation mud-making, improve the flow pattern, reduce friction, and optimize drilling.
● Can be applied together with different polymer. FA367 shows excellent performance in both fresh water and saturated brine.
● FA367 is especially suitable for high -solid, high-density condition since it is useful for controlling the performance of high-density slurry.
Usage
Add FA367 to water in the reaction tank and stir well. Lead the dissolved solution into the drilling fluid circulation system. Do not stir and lay up the prepared solution for long time.
