ZND-5 Guangya Gel for Oil-Gas Field
Guangya Plugging Agent ZND Series and the matching techniques, is aimed at solving the problems of large loss, loss of return or small return in fracture, cavern or broken zones, and the problems that the bridge plugging or PWD(plugging while drilling) could not solve. The product can effectively and lastingly plug the “thief layer” existing in water flooding reservoir and chemical flooding reservoir, plug deep cracks and broke formation, and stop the underground fluid flowing to the surface.

ZND-5 offer the following advantages
1）Before gelling
● Good injection performance;
● Excellent shearing resistance;
● Strong intermolecular affinity capacity
● Good anti-dilution property and front stability;
● Ability to maintain overall slug advancement;
● The bridging group can resist flowing interference and its position orientation ability is strong, which can prevent the failure of gelling.
● The resistance can be automatically increased when the solution flows. So, the threshold pressure at deep pore throat is high enough to reduce the linear flow rate and suppress the coning in high permeability channels
● Possessing the fluid characteristics with reversible structure;
● Strong anchoring ability with pore surface；
2) After gelling

3) ZND-5 is specially suitable for profile control and water shutoff operation in large penetration bands and channels caused by fractures or long-term water injection. It is also suitable for forming chemical “separating board”;
4) High concentrated ZND-5 solution ( ＞3000 mg/L) could obtain gel properties without crosslinking, thus, it is suitable for special profile control in bio-oil flooding where profile control agent is needed but the toxic-to-bacteria crosslinking agent is forbidden. It is also suitable for deep and large-dose profile control especially when gelling time is hard to control.
Usage
The product can be applied together with a variety of crosslinking agent to form gel or thin gel. The recommended dosage is 0.05%-0.8%.
If used for profile control in non-crosslinking system, the suggested dosage is greater than 0.5%, preferably greater than 0.8%.
